When a request for consultation is initiated from Lat Phrao Bangkok or globally, we collect basic corporate contact details including names, corporate email addresses, and professional titles. We do not engage in the mass scraping of personal data for marketing purposes.

No raw data is stored outside client-defined borders unless explicitly authorized for cloud-hybrid training phases. Our verification standard ensures that all datasets are anonymized before being processed by centralized intelligence engines.

Under the PDPA, users maintain the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data held within our systems. If you represent an enterprise client and require a full audit of your data lifecycle, our Bangkok-based team provides formal compliance reports upon request.
